Oma Jean Carter Miller, 75, of Woodbury died Tues., November 26, 2013 at her home following an extended illness.  A native of Cannon Co., She was preceded in death by her parents, George Eldridge Carter & Mamie Pearl Holt Carter.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Deborah Neal and Deanna Lindeman both of Woodbury; 4 Grandchildren:  Jade (Matthew) Smith, Daxton (Sharelle) Burt, Janna Lindeman & Karli Burns; 3 Great Grandsons:  Landon and Korbin Smith and Carter Burt; Sisters:  Betty King & Wanda Farless of Woodbury; Brother:  Wayne Carter of MI.; Step Children:  Roger (April) Miller of Morrison; Lynn (Penny) Miller and Pat (Mark) Elkins both of Woodbury; 6 Step Grandchildren also survive.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Charles Miller, Jr.; Sisters, Virginia Carter and Evelyn Jones; Brothers, Stanton, Alton & Maurice Carter.

A member of the Woodbury Church of Christ, she was a retired Manager with Reading for Education. 

Funeral Services will be 12 noon Saturday in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Herb Alsup and Bro. Joe Sissom officiating. Burial will follow in the Cherry Cemetery. Pallbearers include Tom Crook, Ken Salstrand, Ricky King, Daryl Farless, Mark Jones, Gary Jones, Russell Carter and Larry Carter. Visitation with the family will be from 2 pm to 8 pm Friday, November 29, 2013.
