OBITUARY: Katherine Rich Morton

Katherine Rich Morton, 83, passed away Tues., December 26, 2017 at NHC in Murfreesboro. A native of Rutherford Co., She lived in Woodbury.

She is survived by her children, Cheryl (Junior) Barlow of Readyville, Brenda Kelly of Smyrna, Dale Fletcher of Woodbury, Russell Morton of McMinnville and Susan Taylor of Woodbury; Son-in-law, Chris Taylor of Woodbury; Grandchildren, Jim Barlow, III, Patrick Barlow, Lisa Winslow, Tonya Thomas, Bill & Ryan Fletcher, Caleb & Jacob Morton, Daniel & Dalton Taylor; 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Granddaughter also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Patrick Rich and Roberta "Birdie" Hall Rich and husband, William Hiley Morton. She was a member of the Baptist church and a housewife.

Memorial Services will be 7 pm Friday, December 29, 2017 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with visitation from 3 pm - 7 pm Friday. Interment will follow at a later date in Morton-Lovvorn Cemetery.
