OBITUARY: David Bryan Higgins

David Bryan Higgins, 47, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 at St. Thomas Rutherford. A native of Madison, Tn., he lived in Woodbury.

He is survived by his wife, Tracy Miller Higgins of Woodbury; parents, James Higgins of Charlotte, TN., Wanda Duke French and her husband, Dave of Murfreesboro; children, Laura "Rene" Higgins of Morrison, Zachary Bryan Higgins, Rebekah "Bekah" Faith Higgins, Addison Charity Higgins and Hannah Grace Higgins all of Woodbury; Step-daughter, Ashley Hope Morgan of Woodbury; Granddaughter, Madison Elise Todd; Grandmother, Geraldine Duke of Woodbury; Siblings, Yolanda Nisbett of Murfreesboro, Shane (Challis) Higgins of McMinnville and Jimmy (Tia) Higgins of Charlotte, Tn.; several nieces and nephews also survive.

David was the former Pastor at New Life church and Saved by Grace church. He attended Real Life Community Church in Murfreesboro. He was a pressman at Ambrose Printing. David loved sports, camping and reading his bible.

Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Haley and Matt Duggin officiating.

Interment will follow in Manus Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16, 2017. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodbury Funeral Home for his children's college fund.
