A Murfreesboro woman was served arrest warrants on April 24 charging her with Aggravated Burglary and Theft Over $1,000.

The warrants, which were served by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Smith, were taken out against Lisa Michelle Toombs, 607 Armor Dr., Murfreesboro by Glenn L. Brannan, her ex-husband.

They allege that, on April 23, Toombs entered Brannan’s residence without consent and stole two rifles valued at $1,200 and a horse, also valued at $1,200 or more. Brannan also alleged Toombs might have taken other unspecified items. The ownership of the horse is in dispute, according to the warrant.

The previous day, Toombs obtained warrants for Aggravated Assault against Brannan and Julia Hazard.

Total bond for Toombs was set at $400. She, along with Brannan and Hazard, are scheduled to appear in Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday.
