Three Plead Guilty To Aggravated Criminal Trespass

Three of four persons charged in connection with a home burglary in Bradyville last December pled guilty in Cannon County General Sessions Court Tuesday (Aug. 9).

Mickie K. Patterson pled guilty to aggravated criminal trespass. She was given a 6 month suspended sentence, placed on probation for 6 months, ordered to not have any contact with the victim and to pay court costs.

Jeremy Pitts pled guilty to aggravated criminal trespass. He was given a 9 month suspended sentence, placed on probation for 9 months, ordered to not have any contact with the victim and to pay court costs.

Billy Wade Tidwell  pled guilty to aggravated criminal trespass. He was given a 6 months suspended sentence, placed on probation for six months, assessed court costs, and ordered to stay away from the victim and the victim’s property.

Charles Samuel Patterson, charged with aggravated burglary, was reset for Dec. 13.

The four were charged with breaking into a home on Frank Holt Road on Dec. 12 and taking a Poulan Chain Saw and ACE hammer.

The results of other cases heard by Judge Susan Melton Tuesday include:

• Cory Allen Chapman, charged with aggravated burglary, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft over $500 and theft under $500, had his case bound over to the Sept. 16 meeting of the Cannon County Grand Jury.

• Jodie Wade Taylor pled guilty to violation of an order of protection. He was given a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. He was also ordered to receive a Domestic Violence Inventory (DVI) assessment, have no contact with the victim or the victim’s family, and play court cost. A charge of domestic violence was continued for 11 months, 29 days subject to good and lawful conduct.  

• Timothy Dean Clark entered a conditional plea of guilty to domestic assault. He was placed on probation for 11 months, 29 days, ordered to receive a Domestic Violence Inventory (DVI) assessment and to pay court costs. A charge of contempt of court (bond condition violation) was dismissed.

• Bobby Jean Arledge had a charge of violation of probation dismissed upon payment of costs, and her probation was terminated.

• Michelle Renee Bryant pled guilty to failure to appear and violation of probation. On the failure to appear charge she was sentenced to serve 30 days in the Cannon County Jail, placed on probation for 11 months, 29 days, and ordered to pay court costs and $600 in restitution. On the VOP charges she was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, to run concurrent to the FTA charge.

• Nathan Jasper Cantrell was granted a motion to modify his jail sentence.

• Jeff Davis pled guilty to a charge of driving on a suspended license. Sentencing was set for Nov. 8. If he obtains his driver’s license before then, the charged will be reduced to driving without a license.

• Crystal G. Duncan pled guilty to assault. She was given a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. She was also ordered to stay away from the victim and to pay court costs.

• Johnny Lee Duncan pled guilty to violation of probation. His probation was extended 14 months, 29 days and he was assessed court costs.

• Lori Salser Farmer, charged with driving on a suspended license, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for her arrest.

• Bryon Keith Forest, II, charged with theft under $500, was continued for 12 months subject to good and lawful behavior and payment of the litigation tax.

• Emanual Guiterrez, III, pled guilty to a charge of driving on a suspended license. Sentencing was set for Nov. 8. If he obtains his driver’s license before then, the charged will be reduced to driving without a license.

• Shannon Haley forfeited a cash bond on a worthless check charge.

• Angela Jennifer Markum, charged with driving on a revoked license, failed to appear. A Capias was issued for her arrest.

• Tammara Cyn Nunn pled guilty to violation of the financial responsibility law and was fined $100.

• Mercedez Lynn Ridley, charged with theft under $500, was continued for 6 months subject to good and lawful conduct and payment of the litigation tax.

• Dallas Jay Rodgers, charged with domestic assault, was continued for 12 months subject to good and lawful behavior and payment of the litigation tax. He also pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. Sentencing on that charge was set for Nov. 8. The charged will be reduced to driving without a license if he presents a valid driver’s license to the court on that date.

• Dustin Shane Rublee pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. Sentencing on that charge was set for Nov. 8. The charged will be reduced to driving without a license if he presents a valid driver’s license to the court on that date.

• Kevin Daniel Suits pled guilty to disorderly conduct. He was given a 30 day suspended sentence and placed on probation for 30 days. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim and to pay court costs. He also pled guilty to driving without a license. He was given a 30 day suspended sentence and placed on probation for 30 days. The sentences will run concurrent. He was also ordered to pay court costs.

• Buddy Allen Vanatta pled guilty to driving on a revoked license. Sentencing was set in 90 days. If at that hearing he is able to provide a valid driver’s license to the court, the charge will be reducing to driving without a license.

• Marty Royce Youngblood had a charge of no temporary kill tag continued for 11 months, 29 days subject to good and lawful conduct, payment of court costs, a $20 service fee and 10 hours of public service work.

• Christopher Hoover had his application for a suspended sentence granted by Judge Melton. He was placed on probation for 6 months.

• Kayla Sanders pled guilty to disorderly conduct. She was given a partially suspended sentence of 6 months, ordered to serve 6 days in the Cannon County Jail, and was placed on probation for 6 months. She also pled guilty to violation of probation. She was ordered to serve 6 days in jail, was placed back on probation for 11 months, 29 days and told not to have any contact with the victim. Sanders was also assessed court costs.

• Stephanie Langston pled guilty to violation of probation. She was ordered to serve 4 days in the Cannon County Jail and placed back on probation for 11 months, 29 days and assessed court costs.

• Tammy Renee Young, charged with DUI 1st Offense and violation of the implied consent law, was reset for Sept. 27.

• Ace Jerome Barrett, charged with DUI 1st Offense and violation of the implied consent law, was reset for Sept. 27.

• Christopher Lee McMahan, charged with felony evading arrest (two counts), traffic control device violation and violation of the registration law, was reset for Sept. 27.

• Bobby Jerome Davenport, Jr., charged with driving on a suspended license, was reset for Nov. 1

• Adam Wayne McClure, charged with theft of property over $1,000, was reset for Sept. 20.

• Brandi Dawn Hodges, charged with theft under $500, was reset for Sept. 6.

• Jeffrey Michael Hodges, charged with aggravated burglary and theft under $500, was reset for Sept. 6.

• Gary Duane Riddle, charged with DUI 1st Offense, was reset for Sept. 27.
