NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FINANCING BY THE HEALTH AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES BOARD OF THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
You are hereby notified that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee (the "Town"), will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, in the City Hall at 101 West Water Street, Woodbury, Tennessee 37190, in connection with the proposed plan of financing involving the issuance of not to exceed $7,500,000 multifamily housing revenue bonds, in one or more series (the "Bonds"), by The Health and Educational Facilities Board of the City of Springfield, the proceeds of such Bonds to be loaned to Emerald Springfield, L.P., Emerald Trenton, L.P., and/or Emerald Woodbury, L.P., each a Tennessee limited partnership, to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of certain existing multifamily housing facilities totaling approximately 152 units located in the following cities and counties in the State of Tennessee: Springfield, Robertson County; Trenton, Gibson County; and Woodbury, Cannon County.
Proceeds of the Bonds in the amount of not to exceed $2,000,000 are to be loaned to Emerald Woodbury, L.P., a Tennessee limited partnership, to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of an existing approximately 40 unit multifamily housing facility located at or near 310 South Dillon Street, Woodbury, Cannon County, Tennessee (the "Woodbury Facilities"). All of the Woodbury Facilities will be owned by Emerald Woodbury, L.P.
A public hearing (pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended) will be held at the above location in connection with the proposed plan of financing involving the issuance of the Bonds and the location and nature of the Woodbury Facilities to be financed with the proceeds of the Bonds. At such public hearing there will be an opportunity for persons to express their views concerning the foregoing. Anyone may appear in person at such public hearing or submit written comments to be considered thereat.
The proposed Bonds will not constitute an indebtedness or obligation of the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee. Take notice that Nik Sfirakis, Present owner of DJ's Restaurant, 805 W Main St, Woodbury, TN made application to the Cannon County Beer Board on September 11, 2017 for temporary beer permit to be used to cater an event on October 14, 2017 at Beans Diesel, 210 Rollin Coal Lane, Woodbury TN 37190 per approval of the County Beer Board T.C.A. S57-5-105(g).
The Cannon County Beer Board will meet on October 2, 2017 at 5PM in the Cannon County Courthouse Courtroom for Consideration of this application.
