Arrest Report for July 18, 2017

Mitchell Allen Duggin, of McMinnville, was charged with public intoxication on July 12 by the Woodbury Police Department. Duggin was walking down the middle of John Bragg Hwy. while allegedly under the influence when he was arrested. Bond was set at $1,500. Initial court date is Aug. 8.

• Tabitha Renee Polchek, of Gallatin, was charged with three counts of domestic assault on July 8 by the Cannon County Sheriff's Office following an alleged incident at a location on Jim Cummings Hwy. Polchek pleaded guilty on July 11 in Cannon County General Session Court was was given two partially suspended sentences of 11 months, 29 days, getting credit for three days served. She was placed on probation for 11 months, 26 days and assessed court costs. The sentences will run concurrent.

• Steven Warren was charged with possession of schedule II with intent, driving while in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked and reckless driving on July 9 by the Cannon County Sheriff's Office. The arrest came following a traffic stop on Jim Cummings Hwy. near the Cannon County 911 Center. Bond was set at $24,500. Initial court date is Aug. 1.

• Charles Cooper, who is currently incarcerated at the Rutherford County Jail, was charged with theft of merchandise over $1,000 and three counts of passing worthless checks by the CCSO on July 12. Initial court date is Oct. 3.

• Rodney Keith Love, of Murfreesboro, was charged with theft over $1,000 by the CCSO on July 6. Bond was set at $5,000. Initial court date is Sept. 5,

• Marcus Justin Jones, of Bradyville, was charged with theft of property and criminal trespassing on June 29 by the Woodbury Police Department. Bond was set at $4,000. Initial court date is July 18,

• James J. Travis was charged with DUI first offense and possession of a handgun while under the influence on July 10 by the WPD following a traffic stop on West Main St.. He is scheduled to appear in general sessions court on Aug. 8.

• Casey E. Sullivan, of Bradyville, was charged with seven counts of theft under $500 on July 10 by the WPD. Bond was set at $3,500. Initial court date is Aug. 8.

• Jonathan Daniel Nellums and Thelma G. Choate were each charged with aggravated burglary on July 10 by the WPD. It is alleged that Nellums and Choate entered the home of the victim and took several items without the owner's consent, including a television and jewelry, total value exceeding $1,000. Nellums and Choate are both scheduled to appear in Cannon County General Sessions Court on Aug. 8.

• Devin Elizabeth Kelch, Woodbury, was charged with theft over $500 of July 10 by the WPD. Bond was set at $250. Initial court date is Aug. 8.

• Justin Jay Bain was charged with DUI third offense and possession of a schedule IV drug on July 4 by the WPD. Initial court date is Oct. 10.

• Rachael Michelle Nichols was charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license on July 5 by the WPD. Initial court date was set for Aug. 8.

• Austin Cole Ramsey was charged with possession of marijuana on July 3 by the WPD. His initial general session court date was set for Aug. 17.

• John Patrick Nicol was charged with possession of marijuana on July 3 by the WPD. His initial general sessions court date was set for Aug. 8.

• Sarah Marie Mix, Benjamin Casey Roberts and Shelby Brandon were all charged with theft on June 29 by the WPD.

• Michael Steven Foley was charged with DUI by consent and expired registration on June 27 by the WPD.

• Jeremy D. Thomas was charged with evading arrest (on foot) on West Adams St. on June 24 by the WPD.

• Crystal Renee Holland was charged with DUI second offense, driving on a revoked license second offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia on June 27 by the WPD.

• Angela Marie Polson, of Bradyville, was charged with simple assault on July 9 by the CCSO. Bond was set at $5000. Initial court date is Aug. 1.

• Gregory Austin Smith, of Woodbury, was charged with charged with theft over $1000, possession of a burglary tool and possession or drug paraphernalia on July 8 by the CCSO. Smith was also served a violation of probation warrant. Bond was set at $10,500. Initial court date is Aug. 1.

• Samuel Curtis Smith, of Woodbury, was charged with two counts of aggravated domestic assault, four counts of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, possession of a handgun while under the influence and underage consumption by the CCSO. Initial court date is Sept. 5.

• Henry L. Cason II, of Woodbury, was charged with driving on a revoked license on July 5 by the CCSO. Initial court date is Sept. 5.
