Girls across the state ages Birth to 20 are gathering again at the Tennessee State Fair Pageants on Sept. 13 to compete and show their support for ‘Crowns For a Cause’ by donating their crowns to terminally ill children of the Monroe Carrell, Jr. Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville.

Donated proceeds from all fourteen pageants will help ensure that every sick child can be crowned ‘Queen for a Day’ or ‘Hero for a Day’. Last year, over 100 girls came dressed to compete and give back to this great cause
