PrintMary Luzetta Parker Basham, 83, died Thursday, July 31, 2014 at her home. She was a native ofCannon Co.
She is survived by her children: Dwaine (Debbie) Basham of Murfreesboro; Nancy (Danny) Campbell of Mt. Juliet; Shea (Averian) Basham of Cookeville; Renea (Jim) Sabia of Woodbury;Sister: Inez Carter of Woodbury
Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and lifelong friend, Juanita Parker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie & Dollie Lewis Parker; husband, Clyde Basham; and her sister, Opal Parker Duke.
She was a homemaker and a member of Simmons Chapel Free Methodist Church.
Funeral Services will be 2 pm Sunday in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Wheeler & Bro. Mark Parker officiating. Pallbearers: Don Duke, Doyle Duke, Larry Carter, Gayle Tate, Josh Curtis, Brandon Basham, Billy Adcock. Interment will follow in the Gilley Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 8 PM Saturday, 8/2/2014.
