My name is Harry Odom. I grew up in Woodbury and came to know Mr. Webb through his support of Boy Scout Troop 327. Along with Marvin Jennings and Dr. Bryant, Scouts would meet at Webb's Dept Store after closing to pass a Merit Badge or advance in Rank. Mr. Webb's support of youth in Cannon County was greatly appreciated. Thanks to men like Mr. Webb, I continued my support for Scouting as a father and adult leader for the last 32 years. I also remember Juanella who was a grade or two above us in high school.
