Can someone share with me how much the "costs" are - even approximately - in cases of traffic, i.e. DUI or driving without a license or on a suspended license? I understand the "need" felt here in Cannon County since we have to drive to obtain anything or any service...but a $2 fine just seems to me to be no deterrent, especially when applied for the umpteeenth time as we often read. Are the costs that high to get the attention of these repeat offenders?
