Cannon County General Sessions Court Judge Susan Melton is scheduled to hear the cases of 63 defendants which she convenes court Tuesday morning.

Those persons scheduled to appear, and the charges they face, are as follows:

Tracey Nichole Armstrong, simple possession of Schedule IV drugs.

Michael Allen Baker, failure to appear, violation of probation and writ of Habeas Corpus.

Ace Jerome Barrett, DUI 1st offense and violation of the implied consent law.

David Allen Bedwell, driving on a suspended license 2nd offense.

Walter Larry Bess, criminal trespass and violation of an order of protection.

Aaron J. Brewer, simple possession of a Schedule II drug.

Samantha Joy Briggs, disorderly conduct.

Brian Forrest Brock, DUI 2nd offense, possession of a Legend drug, simple possession of a Schedule IV drug and leaving the scene of an accident.

Rebecca Paige Bynum, aggravated burglary, criminal trespass (two counts), driving without a license and violation of probation.

Dee Emmett Carter, workless check.

Glenn Allen Climer II, aggravated child endangerment, criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

Alyssa Marie Coleman, domestic assault, aggravated domestic assault, driving on a suspended license (two counts) and violation of bond conditions (two counts).

Dennis Ray Curtis, DUI 1st offense, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the implied consent law.

Bobby Jerome Davenport, Jr., worthless check.

Jessica Nicole Davis, driving on a suspended license (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert James Easterwood, driving on a suspended license.

Matthew Lawrence Feragola, driving on a suspended license (two counts).

Julie Gibson, worthless check.

Sheenia Lee Grant, driving on a suspended license and running a stop sigh.

Tabithal L. Gray, driving on a suspended license.

Melody Beth Haley, domestic assault.

Brandy L. Hall, DUI 1st offense.

James Cody Harris, driving on a suspended license, 5th offense.

Wesley Jacob Hayes, aggravated criminal trespass.

Charlotte M. Hill, attempted first degree murder, especially aggravated robbery and aggravated arson.

James H. Hill, attempted first degree murder, especially aggravated robbery and aggravated arson.

Mary Virginia Hill, attempted first degree murder, especially aggravated robbery and aggravated arson.

Timothy Hupp, simple possession, driving while license revoked and violation of probation (three counts).

Bridgette Shyanne Johnson, criminal trespass.

James R. Kaiser, aggravated assault (seven counts).

Debbie Kronnick, driving on a suspended license.

Teresa Darlene Lester, driving on a revoked license, 10th offense.

Robert Michael Mason, criminal trespass.

Justin J. McGee, simple possession.

Cory Scott McNeese, driving on a suspended license, 1st offense.

David Jonathan Miller, violation of probation, 1st offense.

Shannon Dawn Moody, allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a vehicle.

Jim Alan Morris, possession of Schedule VI drugs with intent to sell, possession or drug paraphernalia and unlicensed driver.

What is 'violation of implied consent law' and 'violation of financial responsibility law' mean? As you can see, I have never been arrested and do not know these terminologies.

The first one means the person refused to submit to a blood alcohol level test. The second means the person does not have auto insurance.

Driving on revoked-10th offense! Are you kidding me?!? Someone, like me, who works everyday would have been UNDER the jail after the second one! All these people need are JOBS!!!!
