Sheriff's Department Announces Annual Toys for Kids Drive

Cannon County Sheriff Billy Nichols announces that his department will again this year conduct a “Toys for Kids” program.

“We will be collecting toys between now and December 18 for the children of Cannon County,” said Sheriff Nichols. “The department will be giving out the toys December 21, 22, 23 and 24.”

Anyone wanting to donate toys is asked to bring them to the Cannon County Jail between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If you are unable to bring the toys to the Jail you may call and a deputy will come and pick them up, just call 563-1000.
