A Woodbury man is facing multiple charges following a property damage traffic accident on Jim Town Rd. on Feb. 26.

Patrick Justin McCullough, 456 Burt Rd., Woodbury, was served warrants on March 13 charging him with DUI 3rd offense, driving on a revoked license 2nd offense, theft over $1,000 and violation of the implied consent law.

Deputy Reed Bryson responded to the accident. He found McCullough in the driver’s seat of the vehicle, a 1989 Nissan, with a strong odor of an intoxicant about his person. He was also very lethargic and unsure of where is was.

A computer check of McCullough’s license showed it to be revoked for DUI. He also had a prior driving on revoked entry on his license history.

When Deputy Bryson ran the VIN number of the Nissan, it showed the vehicle was reported stolen from Rutherford County on Dec. 25, 2010.

McCollough’s total bond was set at $32,500. Initial court date is April 5.
