Four Arrested For Bradyville Burglary

Four persons who live in Murfreesboro have been arrested in connection with an aggravated burglary which occurred in Cannon County.

Facing charges are Billy Ray Tidwell, Charles Patterson and Mickie K. Patterson, all of 533 Maney Ave., Apt. B, Murfreesboro, and Jeremy Pitts, Old Nashville Hwy., Murfreesboro.

All four were charged by Cannon County Sheriff's Detective James Davis with allegedly breaking into a home on Frank Holt Road in Bradyville on Dec.12 and taking a Poulan Chainsaw and Ace Hammer.

When a traffic stop was made of the vehicle in which the subjects were riding, the alleged stolen items were found inside.

Bond for Pitts was set at $6,000. Bond for both Pattersons and Tidwell was set at $3,000. All four are scheduled to appear in Cannon County General Sessions Court on Jan. 18.

Yes....Great Job!!!

Now if the "system" will do their part it will be a good thing. When my home was burglarized and the crimminals caught....restitution ordered to be paid,,,,,well....that was several years ago. I am still waiting on it!!!! But the crimminal went out and did it again......so think they didn't learn a thing. Need less paroles and more JAIL TIME. Lock these suckers up so they can't keep doing it to others.
