Rebecca Paige Bynum, no driver's license.

Rachel Sarah Cantrell, no driver's license, possession of Schedule IV drugs.

Kayla Marie Chumley, underage consumption of alcohol.

Nathan Lewayne Davis, theft under $500.

Paula Davis, theft under $500 (two counts), simple possession of Schedule drugs.

Ben S. Dykes, failure to register as a sex offender.

Ivy C. Edwards, DUI.

Christopher T. Ferrell, possession with intent to sell/deliver, criminal conspiracy.

John Baker Floyd, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeremy Bergman Galvin, DUI 4th offense, driving on a revoked license, simple possession of Scheule VI drugs.

Peter Murray Gibson, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Savannah A. Grandey, speeding 82/55.

Larry James Hiles, Jr., driving uninsured.

Angela Rose Hodge, aggravated burglary.

Elizabeth Nell Hodge, aggravated burglary.

Jason Lee Hodge, aggravated burglary, no driver's license.

Larry Nile Hollis, DUI 10th offense, violation of the implied consent law (two counts), possession of a controlled substance.

Ronald Wayne Jernigan, Jr., DUI, simple possession, violation of the implied consent and insurance laws, expired registration, suspended license (two counts), failure to use headlines, felony possession of Schedule VI drugs, criminal conspiracy.

Chase Howard Johns, driving while suspended license.

Ashley D. Johnson, theft of services under $500.

Jonathan W. Kestner, DUI, reckless endangerment, violation of the implied consent law.

Christopher Paul Lafever, promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, aggravated assault.

William Scott Lewis, driving with license suspended, simple possession of marijuana, possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sonia Michelle Lyons, driving while license suspended 1st offense.

David WIlliam McPeak, aggravated assault (two counts), theft over $1,000.

Guess we need more access to "Booze"?????

The county had very little access to booze for years and there was still a drug/drinking problem. The DUI laws do keep a certain percantage of folks off the roads after they have had a drink, but it looks like there is another group of people who remain just don't care.
