NEW VESSELS, OLD SPIRITS

Scratyr (Scrat) J. Casale was born in Youngstown Ohio. He was drawn indelibly to the arts and mysticism since childhood. Scrat followed that passion through primary, high school and a BA in Sculpture from Warren Wilson College in 2011.

In 2012 he relocated to Short Mountain Sanctuary and began working the local clay into one of a kind vessels and communing with the local spirits, radical faeries, local folk, and the flora and fauna of this knobby woodland paradise called Cannon County.

The Berger Gallery is located inside The Arts Center of Cannon County at 1424 John Bragg Highway, Woodbury, TN 37190 and is open 10am-4pm Tuesday through Saturday. Admission to the exhibit is free. For more information call 615-563-2787 or visit our website at artscenterofcc.com.
