She is survived by her 3 Siblings: Alvin Carl (Betty C.) Smith of Woodbury, Charlotte (Tommy) Boales of Smyrna and Martha S. Johnson of Franklin. Several Nephews and Nieces also survive
She was preceded in death by her parents, David Samuel Smith & Emma C. Young Smith and her Husband, Burgess H. Smith.
A member of the McMahan Church of Christ, she was a homemaker and bookkeeper for her husband at Mechanical Contractors. She loved to visit the nursing home and visit friends.
