Nannie Bell Stanley Mears

Nannie Bell Stanley Mears, 88, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015. She was a native of Cannon Co., TN.

She is survived by her children, Robert Lee Mathis and Mazel Pearl Mathis both of Woodbury; 4 Grandchildren: Johnny Darrell Mathis, Timothy Eugene Mathis, Angel Dawn Mathis Ferrell and Dustin Robert Mathis; 5 Great Grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; Half Brother:Medford Murphy and Lou Garrett both of Woodbury; Special Friends: Nellie Mathis, Betty Lou Sanders, Annie Lou Mathis and Ryan Sanders.

Ms. Mears was preceded in death by her parents, X Stanley & Ethel Estes Stanley Murphy; husbands, Sam Vinson Mathis and John Mears; son, Charlie B. Mathis & Daughter-in-law, Lily Baylock Mathis. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a housewife.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Saturday, December 19, 2015 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Centerhill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4 pm until 9 pm Friday, Dec. 18, 2015.
