Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Nanessa Blackwood pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was extended and she was ordered to serve 40 days in jail.

Benjamin Roberts pled guilty to the charge of assault. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, serving 63 days in jail, paying the court costs and staying away from the victim.

Rachel Ragan pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was extended and she was ordered to serve 40 days in jail.

Gary Jaco pled guilty to the charge of failing to comply with community supervision. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, serving 90 days in jail, paying the court costs and submitting to drug screens.

Timothy Hupp pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 50 days in jail.

Richard Hodge pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Mitzi Lawson pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was extended and she was ordered to serve 90 days in jail.

Barbara Sue Moss pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was extended and she was ordered to serve 40 days in jail.

Ricky Cooper pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Matthew Kress pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Nicole Gilley pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was extended and she was ordered to serve 35 days in jail.

Jada Lawhorn pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve her entire sentence.

Wesley Young pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 60 days in jail. In another case, Young pled guilty to the charge of evading arrest. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, serving 60 days in jail, and paying the court costs. He also pled guilty to the charge of reckless driving. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and paying the court costs.

Ila Smith pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve her entire sentence.
