Multiple Charges

Vincent Pagano III and Skyla Elizabeth McWhorter face multiple charges following their arrest in Brentwood.

Pagano is charged with conspiracy to commit especially aggravated robbery, vandalism, especially aggravated burglary, especially aggravated assault and intentional killing of an animal.

McWhorter is charged with underaged consumption of alcohol/drugs and conspiracy to commit especially aggravated robbery.

Court dates are set for December 13 in General Sessions Court.

Forgery

Georgia Lynn Lokey was charged with forgery of a check. A hearing is set for January 10 in General Sessions Court.

Burglary

A Mossburg pistol grip shotgun, a Savage .17 caliber varmit rifle and a Tormek Water Cutting device were stolen during a burglary. The missing items are valued at more than $1,200.

Amanda Porterfield was charged with possession of methamphetamine for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for January 17 in General Sessions Court.

Theft, Fraudulent Use of Federal Assistance

Whitney McPeak was charged with theft of merchandize from Piggly Wiggly and two counts of fraudulent use of a federal EBT card by Chief Lowell Womack. A hearing is set for January 17 in General Sessions Court.

Cynthia A. Richmond was charged with theft of merchandise from Piggly Wiggly and two counts of fraudulent use of a federal EBT card by Chief Lowell Womack. A hearing is set for January 17 in General Sessions Court.


DUI

James Mitchell Purvis was charged with DUI and with violating the implied consent law by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for January 17 in General Sessions Court.

Forgery over $1,000

Sean S. Creeden was charged with forgery over $1,000 and theft of property by Patrolman Joshua Thomas. A hearing is set for January 17 in General Sessions Court.

Charles F. Tucker was charged with forgery over $1,000 and theft of property by Patrolman Joshua Thomas. A hearing is set for January 17 in General Sessions Court.
