Debra Mock was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance and simple possession of Schedule 6 controlled substance and resisting arrest.

Auto Accidents

Stephanie Anne Bates Qualls was charged with failure to provide proof of insurance following a car accident involving a horse.
Mrs. Qualls was traveling north on Short Mountain Road when she struck a horse headed south. She told officers she tried to swerve to miss the animal but ended up colliding with the horse. A hearing date was set for April 4 in General Sessions Court.

Ralpheal G. Pena was charged with failure to provide proof of insurance following a wreck.

Madeline Inyart was charged with failure to provide proof of insurance following an accident on Jim Cummings Highway.

Burglary

Linda Jones reported the theft of a .22-caliber pistol, valued at $165, and case of rare coins, valued at $400, were taken from her home on Dickens Hill Road.
