Moon Lands In County Jail For Multiple Offenses



Chancellor Robert E. Corlew III presided over Cannon County Circuit Court. Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Aaron Moon pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence. In another case, Moon pled guilty to the charge of driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 6 months in the county jail and ordered to serve his entire sentence. Moon also pled guilty to the charge of evading arrest. He was sentenced to 6 months in the county jail and ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Mary Ellen Carmack pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve her entire sentence.

Jeremiah Sutton pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 120 days in jail.

Debbie Renea Israel was found guilty of the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to serve her entire sentence.

J.W. Bass was reset for April 22, 2010. He is charged with violation of probation.

Andrew Scott Asbury pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.

Mark Robinson was reset for April 22, 2010. He is charged with violation of probation.
