Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included:

Desiree Marie Andrews pled guilty to DUI. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 42 days in jail, equal time on probation, losing her license for 1 year, paying $350.00 fine and the costs.

Deborah Young Jones pled guilty to reckless endangerment. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 5 days in jail, equal time on probation, paying a $525.00 fine and the costs. In another case Jones pled guilty to simple possession. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $250.00 fine and the costs.

Tequilla Mounette Miller agreed to the violation of her probation. She was ordered to serve 45 days in jail.
Jonathan Edgar Payton pled guilty to theft under $500.00. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs.

Alexander Kirk Webb agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve 60 days and his probation was extended 9 months 27 days. In another case Webb pled guilty to attempted failure to appear. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 60 days, equal time on probation and paying the costs.

Robyn Alesha Wilmoth pled guilty to resisting arrest. She was sentenced to 6 months in jail.

Thomas Coleman's charges of initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine and 3 counts of driving while license revoked were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury. In another case Coleman agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve his original sentence.
Chad Fox's charges of initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine and maintaining a dwelling for manufacturing methamphetamine were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

Rebecca Lynn Hood's charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling for manufacturing methamphetamine and public intoxication were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

After a preliminary hearing, probable cause was found against Russell Dale Walls for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful carrying of a weapon and assault with bodily injury. Those charges were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.
