Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions Court on Tuesday.  Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included:

Beverly Sue Adamson agreed to the violation of her probation.  She was ordered to serve 60 days and her probation was extended 11 months 11 days.  In another case Adamson pled guilty to contraband in a penal institution.  She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation paying a $750.00 fine and the costs.

Jerry W. Alviar pled guilty to DUI.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 7 days, equal time on probation, paying a $350.00 fine and the costs.

Micah Steffen Blair's charges of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture and theft of property were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

Robin Bobby Cook pled guilty to DUI 2nd.  Cook was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 45 days, equal time on probation, paying a $600.00 fine and the costs.

Andrew Thomas Ellis pled guilty under judicial diversion to possession of marijuana.  He was sentenced to 3 days in jail, placed on probation for 11 months 26 days, ordered to pay a $250.00 fine and the costs.

Darren L. Green agreed to the violation of his probation.  He was ordered to serve 60 days and his probation was extended 9 months 19 days.

Elizabeth Nell Hodge agreed to the violation of her probation.  She was ordered to serve her original sentence of 11 months 29 days.

James Jessie Ingram agreed to the violation of his probation.  He was ordered to serve 14 days and his probation was extended 11 months 14 days.

Elisha James Jenkins pled guilty to driving without a license.  He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.

Charles F. Lubbe, Jr. agreed to the violation of his probation.  He was ordered to serve 21 days.  In another case Lubbe pled guilty to domestic assault.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs.  In another case Lubbe pled guilty to assault.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation.  In another case Lubbe pled guilty to resisting arrest.  He was sentenced to 6 months in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs.

Billy Joe Matheny pled guilty to DUI 2nd.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 45 days, equal time on probation, paying a $600.00 fine and the costs.

Candace Moss' charges of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, theft of property, and possession of drug paraphernalia were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

Tiffany N. Mullins-Cross charges of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture and theft of property were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

Kristopher Lynn Mullins-Cross agreed to the violation of his probation.  He was ordered to serve 60 days and his probation was extended 8 months 24 days.

Blake A. Paige pled guilty under judicial diversion to possession of marijuana.  He was placed on probation for 11 months 29 days, ordered to pay a $250.00 fine and the costs.

Brent M. Pewitt agreed to the violation of probation.  He was ordered to serve 60 days and his probation was extended 9 months 29 days.

Cynthia Darnail Taylor agreed to the violation of her probation.  Her probation was extended 10 months 24 days.

Michael Ray Thurmond agreed to the violation of his probation.  He was ordered to serve 33 days and his probation was extended 10 months 19 days.

Jessie Harold Vinson III agreed to the violation of probation.  His probation was extended 11 months 22 days.

Victoria Hope Winchester agreed to the violation of her probation.  She was ordered to serve her original sentence.

Jeffery Allen Woodard pled guilty to assault.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying restitution and the costs.

Jeffery Christy pled guilty to trespassing.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 23 days, equal time on probation and paying the costs.  In another case Christy pled guilty to vandalism under $500.00.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 23 days, equal time on probation and paying the costs.

Woodbury Police

Patrolman John House investigated a burglary at Davenport Service Station on McMinnville Highway. Cash was taken from the register and some cigarettes and Grizzly dip were taken. The case is under investigation.

Two television sets were stolen from Jeremy Nelson's home on Hayes Street. Missing are a 55-inch plasma TV and a 32-inch LCD TV.

Heather Jean Farris was charged with DUI first offense following a traffic stop. Her hearing is set for April 16 in General Sessions Court.

Tonya Michelle Jones was charged with driving on a suspended license. A hearing is set for April 16 in General Sessions Court.

Robert Shawn Frazier was charged with theft of property under $500 for the theft of 75 loaves of bread from Piggly Wiggly. A hearing is set for April 9 in General Sessions Court.

Cody Ray Strickland was charged with criminal trespassing at Woodbury Grammar School. A hearing is set for April 9 in General Sessions Court.

Daniel J.B. Nipper was charged with aggravated assault. Nipper is accused of running at a teacher at Cannon County High School with a pair of scissors while in class. A hearing is set for April 16 in General Sessions Court.

Dillon Reger was charged with driving on a suspended license. A hearing is set for April 9 in General Sessions Court.
