Services for Medford Carl Foster Jr., 66, of Woodbury, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 6, 2013, in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Daniel Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in Fuggitt Cemetery.

 Visitation is set for 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Woodbury Funeral Home.

 Mr. Foster died Monday, June 3, 2013 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro.

 Survivors include his wife, Lynn Foster of Woodbury; two daughters and sons-in-law, Katina and Kevin George and Karla and Mike Kemp, all of Woodbury; grandchildren, Cole and Cassie George, Nathan (Brittany) George, Kallie and Foster Kemp; a sister and brother-in-law, Faye and Jackie Gunter of Woodbury; and a step-sister, Eva Mathis of Woodbury.

 Med was preceded in death by his parents, Medford C. Foster and Lota Rigsby Foster and his brother, Hershel Austin (H.A.) Foster.

 He was a member of the Church of Christ, a Vietnam veteran who served in the Navy and was a retired truck driver. His most important job was being a full time Pa.

 Pallbearers will be Mark Hayes, Shane Nichols, Kevin George, Mike Kemp, Ron Crossfield and Ronnie Hall.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Woodbury Funeral Home
