Judge Don Ash presided over Cannon County Circuit Court on Friday.  Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Thomas K. McCullough pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation.  His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve his entire sentence.  In another case, McCullough pled guilty to the charge of initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine.  He was sentenced to 5 years in prison and fined $2,000.00.  He was ordered to serve his entire sentence.  McCullough also pled guilty to misdemeanor reckless endangerment.  He received an 11 month, 29 day sentence to be served concurrently with his 5 year sentence.

Francisco Bustamante was reset for a violation of probation hearing on May 5, 2011.

Johnny E. Lyons, Jr. was reset for plea day on May 5, 2011.

Wendy Thomas was found guilty of violation of probation.  She was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and her probation was extended an additional 2 years.

Vickie Marsh was reset for plea day and a violation of probation hearing on May 5, 2011.

Tony Barrett’s motion for jail credits was denied in part.  Judge Ash did agree to give Barrett 342 days credit which the Department of Correction has not deducted from his sentence.

Ila Kay Smith was reset for plea day on June 10, 2011.

Jeff Thomas was reset for plea day on June 10, 2011.

Jerry Dean Barrett and Jerry Dee Barrett were reset for plea day on June 10, 2011.

Charles M. Gibbs was reset for plea day on June 10, 2011.

Ashley Davidson was reset for plea day on May 5, 2011.

Joshua Dishman was reset for a violation of probation hearing on May 5, 2011.  His bond was also reduced to $2,500.00.

Brittany Ross was granted a suspended sentence.  She was placed on probation to community corrections and ordered to complete a rehab program.  She was also ordered to pay the court costs.

Joseph Tyler Green was reset for a violation of probation hearing on June 10, 2011.  He was also appointed an attorney.

Kayla Chumley pled guilty under judicial diversion to the charge of theft over $500.00 and aggravated burglary.  She was placed on probation for 3 years, ordered to pay the court costs and ordered to pay restitution to the victim.
