Mason Charged With Criminal Trespass

Robert Michael Mason, 232 McMinnville Hwy., Woodbury, was charged with criminal trespass on June 15 by Woodbury Police Sgt. John House. Mason allegedly entered and remained on the property of Quick Shop Market without the effective consent on the owners. Bond was set at $2,000. Initial court date is July 19. Mason was charged on June 13 with DUI and violation of the implied consent law.

• Jessica Nicole Davis, 901 Reed Court, Woodbury, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on June 17 by Woodbury Police Sgt. John House following a traffic stop on Sunny Slope Rd. Davis allegedly had in her possession five syringes and three spoons with pill residence. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is July 19.

• Josh Alan Thrower, 6024 Short Mountain Rd., McMinnville,  was charged with driving on a revoked license, second offense, on June 18 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Steve McMillen. Deputy McMillen reportedly observed Thrower drive through the stop sign at Judge Purser Hill and Blue Hill roads without trying to stop. Deputy McMillen initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Crossroads and Short Mountain roads. Deputy McMillen advised Thrower the reason he had been stopped, and also asked him if he had been drinking. Thrower stated he had four beers two hours earlier. Deputy McMillen checked Thrower’s driver’s license status and learned it was revoked. Thrower successfully passed a series of field sobriety checks administer by the deputy. He was taken to the Cannon County Jail and booked. Bond was set at $1,500. Initial court date is July 12.

• Shannon Dawn Moody, 3311 Iconium Rd., Woodbury, was charged with allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle on June 10 by Woodbury Police Patrolman Chris Brown following a traffic stop on John Bragg Hwy. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is July 17.

• Sheenia Lee Grant, 324 Hays At., Woodbury, was charged with driving on a canceled, suspended or revoked license and failure to obey a traffic control device on June 20 by Woodbury Police Sgt. Lowell Womack following a traffic stop on East Water St. Release citations were issued. Initial court date is July 19.

• Chadley Keith Odom, 5381 Murfreesboro Rd., Readyville, was charged with driving on a suspended license on June 20 by Woodbury Assistant Police Chief Kevin Mooneyham following a traffic stop on East Main St. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is June 20.

• Dustin Ray Rogers, 4618 Ferrell Hollow Rd., Readville, was charged with violation of the child restraint law on June 17 by Woodbury Police Sgt. Lowell Womack following a traffic stop on Highway 64. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is July 5.

• Kayla Marie Chumley, 113 Stage Rd., Woodbury, was charged with violation of the seatbelt law, second offense, on June 17 by Woodbury Police Sgt. Lowell Womack. Chumley was a passenger in a vehicle checked during a law enforcement roadblock on Highway 64. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is July 5.

• Kayla Sanders was served an arrest warrant on June 18 for violation of probation and booked at the Cannon County Jail.

• Ricky Manier was served an arrest warrant on June 14 for violation of probation and booked at the Cannon County Jail.

• Charie Urban was served arrest warrants for a Capias and for a worthless check on June 9 booked at the Cannon County Jail.

• Nathan Jasper Cantrell was served an arrest warrant on June 9 for violation of probation and booked at the Cannon County Jail.
