Mary Pauline Harrell Jones, 81, a native of Cannon County, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009 at NHC Healthcare Center of Murfreesboro following an extended illness.

A resident of Murfreesboro, she was a retired seamstress with Colonial and attended Plainview Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 13 at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Brother Herb Alsup officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Riverside Gardens.

Survivors include three brothers and sisters: William H. Harrell and Sterling A. Harrell, both of Murfreesboro, and Charles R. Harrell of Lawrenceburg, GA.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nollie and Hettie Campbell Harrell; husband, Franklin D. Jones; brother, Glenn E. Harrell and sister, Sepal Boren Emberton.
