Margaret B. Dillard

Margaret B. Dillard was born August 7^th 1928 in Woodbury TN to the late Mrs. Willie D. Brown and George G. Brown. She departed this life on October 9^th 2016 in Nashville TN.

In the late 1940's she completed her training at Mae's Beauty School in Nashville TN to become a beautician and styled hair for people in Cannon County and surrounding counties for approximately 4 decades. She was a dedicated and faithful member of the Water Street/Auburn Hills Church of Christ until her health began failing her.

She leaves to cherish her memories, daughter, Evon Dillard (Howard) of Murfreesboro TN, son, Charles Dillard (Nanette Dillard) of Evans Ga, son, Michael Dillard (Michelle Dillard) of Woodbury TN and son, Mitchell Dillard (Laura Andrews) of Pleasant View TN. She also leaves devoted granddaughter, Akakia Dillard and great granddaughter, Amber Drew; grandchildren, Tristan Young, Teyauna Young, Mia Dillard, LaToya McGahee, Marketha Bennett, Wyesha Dillard; great grandchildren, Jasmine Dillard, Josiah Young, Alycia Young, Jamilah McGahee, Justin Edwards, Jania McGahee, Jaliah McGahee. She is also survived by brothers, Charles Brown and Thomas Brown and sisters, Katheryn Ezell and Dora Johnson.

Visitation with the family will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 4-8pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 12pm in the Smith Funeral Home chapel. Interment will be in Hoover Cemetery.
