Man Charged With Driving Drunk In Hospital Parking Lot

A Liberty man created an emergency situation in the parking lot of Stones River Hospital recently.

Brady Gordon Cunningham, 9976 Gassaway Road, Liberty, was charged with DUI by Woodbury Patrolman John Fesmire on April 1.

Cunningham, while allegedly intoxicated, drove through the parking lot of the hospita; and out onto Doolittle Rd.

Cunningham was driven to the hospital by family for an injury. He got the keys to the vehicle and attempted to drive off.

Cunningham admitted to drinking, and family members also said he had been drinking. His speech was slurred and his balance almost non-existent, according to the arrest warrant.

Bond was set at $3,000. Initial court date is May 17.
