Drug Charges

Audrey Amaro was arrested by Patrolman John House and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a Schedule II drug (morphine). A hearing is set for March 8 in General Sessions Court.

Deborah E. Smithson was charged with criminal impersonation for giving a false name and date of birth, driving on a revoked license, possession of a Schedule II drug (morphine) with intent to deliver or sell and DUI (first offense) by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for March 8 in General Sessions Court.

Bryan Keith Alexander was charged with driving on a revoked license (second offense) and possession of a Schedule IV drug (Xanax) by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for March 8 in General Sessions Court.

DUI

Ronald Wayne Jernigan Jr. was charged with driving on a revoked license and DUI (second offense) by Chief Lowell Womack. A hearing is set for March 8 in General Sessions Court.

Disorderly Conduct

James Estell Brown, Crystal Renee Boshak and Matthew Mark Whiting were all charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Melanie McCormick. Hearings are set for April 16 in General Sessions Court.

Domestic Assault

Kathy Gayle Davis, 56, of Bradyville, was charged with domestic assault following an incident. Making the arrest was Deputy Gregory Pauls.

Sean Tyree, 29, of Lorien Lane, Woodbury, was charged with domestic assault following an incident. A hearing is set for April 4 in General Sessions Court.

Stolen Trailer

William Bonson Morgan reported the theft of a Big Ram 16-foot tandem axle trailer from his home. The trailer is valued at $1,255.

Stolen Vehicle

Jordan Mcniel reported the theft of a maroon Ford F-150 with regular cab, custom wheels, headlights, grill and cowl hood.

Unlawfully Calling 911
Randall Smotherman, 52, was charged with knowingly and unlawfully calling 911 when there was no emergency. A hearing is set for April 4 in General Sessions Court.
