As non-profits struggle to make ends meet during this tough economy, Main Event Productions, LLC has announced plans to award a free event to one very deserving organization.

The winner of the event, which is valued at $20,000, will be announced on July 28th at Legacy Farms. The winning organization may use the prize event to honor donors, as a fundraiser, or to kick off a capital campaign. It is only limited to their imagination!

“We are excited to showcase our newest venue and, at the same time, help one of these organizations to make ends meet in this economy when donations are scarce,” said Kellie Bryson, Owner of Main Event Productions.

Legacy Farms is located just 30 minutes east of Nashville between Lebanon and Murfreesboro.

Interested organizations should contact Kellie Bryson to register. Presentations will then be made to a panel of judges on July 21st. The judges will select the top contenders who will then have the opportunity to showcase their cause to guests at a Legacy Farms Open House on July 28th and vie for the popular vote. The winning organization will be announced at the Open House with the winner being selected by a combination of the judges’ scores and the popular vote.

The entry deadline is June 30.

Main Event Productions has initiated large contributions to the non-profit community many times in the past few years. Previous recipients include Tennessee Voices for Children, Renal Advantage, Hearing Bridges and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Main Event Productions provides top-of-the-line services for a variety of special events. The Bake Shoppe and A Catered Affair were created in 1996 and quickly became one of the premier special events food providers in Middle Tennessee. The Events@1418 building was added to the collection in 2006 and offers an urban, contemporary event space that gives guests a feel for Nashville history. Fantastic Flipbooks and Legacy Farms are the two most recent additions. Main Event Productions is your one-stop event shop!
