Ms. Mable Bowen Thomas, 95, of Bradyville, went to be with the Lord on April 15, 2011 following an extended illness.  A native of Cannon Co., her parents were the late James T. & Dema Cooper Bowen and she was married to Ellis Odell Thomas who preceded her in death.

 

Funeral services will be 10 am Monday, April 18, 2011 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Herb Alsup and Bro. Charlie Gunter officiating.  Interment will follow in the Thyatira Cemetery.  Visitaiton with the family will be Sunday from 3 pm – 8 pm.

 

She is survived by her children, Jerry Dell (Charlie) Harrell of Woodbury and D. Rusell (Sharon) Thomas of Bradyville; grandchildren, Melissa Harrell (Christopher Frey), Mark Harrell & Danielle Morris; 2 great grandchildren, Ethan Thomas Schaltegger and Gehrig Frey. 

 

A member of the Bradyville Church of Christ, she partnered with her husband, Ellis Thomas in their family farm. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Thyatira Cemetery or Bradyville Church of Christ.
