Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket include:

Charles F. Luebbe, Jr.  pled guilty to 2 counts of DUI.  In both cases he was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. Those both sentences were partially suspended upon serving 21 days, equal time on probation, paying a $525 fine and the costs on each case.

In another case Luebbe pled guilty to violating the implied consent law.  He was ordered to lose his license for one year and to pay the costs.

In another case Luebbe pled guilty to domestic assault. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 21 days, equal time on probation, and paying the costs.

In another case Luebbe pled guilty to phone harassment. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs. Luebbe’s charges of resisting arrest, speeding, and assault were dismissed.

• Michael Lynn Adcock agreed to the violation of probation.  His probation was extended 11 months 29 days.

• Kimberly Ann Besner’s charge of criminal trespass was retired. She was ordered to pay the litigation tax. In another case Besner agreed to a violation of probation. She was ordered to serve 30 days, her probation was extended 10 months 1 days and she was ordered to pay the costs.

• Justin C. Bilyeu pled guilty to driving without a license. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentenced was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.

• Tara C. Boling pled guilty to attempted forgery. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and the cost. She was also ordered to stay away from the premises of the offense.

• William Kevin Bryant’s charge of illegal possession of a firearm was bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

• Steven Wayne Buse pled guilty to theft under $500.00. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying restitution, paying a $50.00 fine and the costs.  Buse was ordered to stay away from the premises of the offense. Buse’s charge of criminal trespass was dismissed.

• James Chaderick Emberton’s charges of driving on a suspended license X2, theft under $500.00, manufacture of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling, and possession of drug paraphernalia were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

• A Capias was issued for Cory Wade Foster for failing to appear on the charge of theft under $500.00.

• Marisa Rhea Gilley’s charge of facilitation of the manufacture of drugs was bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

• Christopher Allen Hoover pled guilty to driving on a revoked license 4th offense. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail.

• Kerry M. Jordan agreed to the violation of probation. He was ordered to serve 14 days and his probation was extended 11 months 25 days.

• Stephen Christopher Killion pled to DUI. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 48 hours, equal time on probation, 24 hours of litter removal, losing his license for 1 year, paying a $350.00 fine and the costs.

• David William Lavender’s charge of domestic assault was retired for 11 months 29 days.  He was ordered to pay the litigation tax.

• Ronald Chase Lewis’ charge of domestic assault was nollied.

• Dustin Matthew Mayo agreed to the violation of probation. He was ordered to serve 6 months and his probation was extended 5 months 22 days. Mayo’s charges of driving on a suspended license, 4 counts of theft, aggravated burglary, and 2 counts of burglary from a vehicle were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

• Ashley H. Morgan pled under judicial diversion to simple possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $250.00 fine and the costs.

• Kyle J. Ortkiese agreed to the violation of probation. He was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and his probation was extended 20 months, 28 days. Ortkiese’s other charges of 5 counts of theft, evading arrest, 4 counts of burglary of an automobile, and criminal trespass were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

• Chad Michael Owens agreed to the violation of probation. He was ordered to serve the remainder of his sentence.

• Jesse Paul Smith pled guilty under judicial diversion to possession of schedule IV drugs. He was sentence to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $750.00 fine and the costs. Smith’s charges of underage consumption of alcohol and possession of schedule III drugs were dismissed.

• Justin Aaron Taggart’s charges of vandalism X2, initiating the process, and drug paraphernalia were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.
