Lou Ann Hyde

Lou Ann Hyde, 76, died on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Ashland City. 

 

She was born near Keene, Texas and moved to Tennessee in 1972.  She was the only child of the late Anna and Louis Fick.  Lou Ann was an elementary school teacher for the Seventh-Day Adventist Church for many years but retired early due to declining health. 

 

She is survived by her foster sisters, Virginia Sellars of Portland, TN., Anne Petty of Hidden Valley Lake, CA., June Mathieson of Echo, OR. and Joan Rouse of Sunnyside, WA.; nurmerous foster nieces, nephews, grandchildren and cousin Karen Urick of Hart, MI.

 

A graveside services for the burying of her ashes will be held on June 20, 2014 at 2 pm in the Riverside Gardens Cemetery, Woodbury, TN.
