Lloyd Don Mingle

Lloyd Don Mingle, 63, died Friday, May 20, 2011, at Centennial Medical Center following an extended illness.

A native of Cannon County, Mr. Mingle was a member of the Baptist Church, retired from Carrier Corp., and was a farmer. He was a Viet Nam veteran serving in the Army and was a mason.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Neal Mingle of Auburntown; two children, Brent (Chris) Mingle of Jefferson City and Jason Mingle of Auburntown; seven grandchildren, McKinley, Candace, Casey, Christina, Caitlin, Nathan and Christin; and two great grandchildren, Eva and Jonah.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Sammie Lee Bryson Mingle.

Funeral services were held in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home on Monday, May 23, 2011.

Burial was in Riverside Gardens with Military Honors given by McMinnville VFW and the American Legion.
