Cannon County 911 Director Roy Sullivan visited both branches of Adams Memorial Library this week to talk to children in the reading program about the best way to handle emergency situations.

Sullivan told the kids who to call, when to call and where to call in the event of an emergency.

The event was part of a series of lectures the library is conducting to inform the children about the various duties performed by emergency and law enforcement personnel.
