PrintLeopal Verner Ennis, age 85, passed away Tueday, October 21, 2014 at Heritage Medical Center. She was a native of Cannon County.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Farrell of Tullahoma and Judy Dyer of Smyrna; Grandchildren, Kristopher Farrell, Kristian Short, B.J. Smith, and Matt Taylor; 8 Great Grandchildren, Olivia & Julia Farrell, Chloe Short, Madie, Peyton, & Miley Smith, and Kaitlin & Samantha Taylor; Brother, Larry Jones of Shelbyville, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie Bell Jones & Howard Watson; Husbands, James Verner and Bill Ennis; and Son, Joseph Thomas Verner. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014 at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery at 3:00 PM. Visitation with the family will be from 3:00 - 7:00 PM Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014 at Woodbury Funeral Home.
