Leonard Gordon Leggett, 89, died Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at NHC in McMinnville. 

He is survived by his wife of 56 years:  Maurene Wood Leggett of McMinnville; Sons: Michael Leggett and Leonard E. (Donna) Leggett both of McMinnville; 5 Grandchildren: Beth (Matt) Atchley, Justin, Aleshia, Nikki and Catilyn Leggett; 3 Great Grandchildren: Nicholas Atchley, Skylar and Camden Leggett

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Glenn and Redie Mae Espey Leggett.

Bro. Leggett was a member of the Walling Church of Christ and was a Church of Christ minister for over 50 years.  He was a veteran of World War II serving in the army.

Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home at 2:00 pm Thursday 4/17/14 with Bro. Comer Mullican officiating.  Interment will follow in the Wood Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4 pm – 9 pm Wednesday and 9 am until of service Thursday
