WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated February 17, 2006, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded March 2, 2006, at Book 83, Page 666 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by GARY PRATER AND JACKIE PRATER, conveying certain property therein described to Matt B. THAT, WHEREAS, on February 8, 2008, by Deed of Trust of record in Record Book 107, page 602, in the Register’s Office of Cannon County, Tennessee, said instrument being recorded on February 11, 2008, STERLING B.
