Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of September, 2010, letters of administration in respect of the estate of Bruce Loftin Kinnard, deceased were issued to the undersigned by the County Probate Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons, both resident and non-residents, having claims matured and unmatured against said estate are required to file same with the clerk of the above named court within four months of the first publication of this notice, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

Cannon County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District Board of Directors Regular Call Meeting
The Board of Directors of the Cannon County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District will meet in session at 6:30 p.m. on October 12th in the Stones River Hospital Conference Room on Doolittle Road in Woodbury. Regular meetings of the Board will be at the same time and place on the 2nd Tuesday of every other month, unless notice is otherwise given.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, and services for the Bridge Replacement on King Road over Hurricane Creek in Cannon County, Tennessee will be received until 10:00 A.M. Local Time, October 12, 2010 at the Office of Mr. Earl Wayne Hancock, Road Superintendent, 900 Old McMinnville Road, Woodbury, Tennessee 37190, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids being mailed for this work should be addressed to Mr. Earl Wayne Hancock,, Road Superintendent, P.O. Box 260, Woodbury, Tennessee 37190.
The work to be bid will be the Bridge Replacement on King Road over Hurricane Creek.The work shall include the following: removal and disposal of the existing bridge, removal of asphalt pavement, road and drainage excavation, borrow excavation, channel excavation, all necessary erosion and sediment control measures, granular backfill, roadway mineral aggregate, Class "A" concrete, steel bar reinforcement, guardrail, machined rip-rap and traffic control. The bridge is located south of Auburntown, Tennessee.
Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be purchased from Professional Engineering Services, 7A Cook Street, Sparta, Tennessee, 338583, upon payment of $150.00 per set (non-refundable). Bids shall be submitted on the separate copy of the PROPOSAL supplied for this purpose.
