WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated April 13, 2007, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded April 23, 2007, at Book 97, Page 623 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Tina Windrow a/k/a Tina Hemmings and Jeff Windrow, conveying certain property therein described to Joseph B. Whereas, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by that certain Real Estate Deed of Trust for Tennessee executed on June 22, 2006 by Javier Ibarra and Sandra Ibarra to Mary Ruth Tackett, Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register’s Office of Cannon County, Tennessee in Book 87, Page 502, recorded June 22, 2006, (“Deed of Trust”); and
