NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated March 26, 2002, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded April 5, 2002, at Book 26, Page 653 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Karyn Laxton Jesse Laxton and Delores Kreitzman, conveying certain property therein described to Daniel W.
