Sale at public auction will be on August 2, 2011 at 10:00 AM local time, at the north door, Cannon County Courthouse, Woodbury, Tennessee pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Angela Roberts, a single woman, to Andrew C. Rambo, Trustee, on November 30, 2007 at Book 105, Page 731; conducted by Shapiro & Kirsch, LLP Substitute Trustee, all of record in the Cannon County Register's Office.

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated March 26, 2002, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded April 5, 2002, at Book 26, Page 653 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Karyn Laxton Jesse Laxton and Delores Kreitzman, conveying certain property therein described to Daniel W.
