WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated May 3, 2002, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded May 14, 2002, at Book 28, Page 403 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by STEVEN K. The Woodbury Police Department will be accepting sealed bids from Federal Firearms License holders only on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. for weapons forfeited to the
Woodbury Police Department.

The weapons will be available to be viewed from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25
and
Thursday, May 26, 2011.
License must be presented at the time of viewing.

ONLY FFL License holders may view guns. Sealed bids will only be accepted by mail or by hand. No faxes will be accepted. A list of the weapons will be available at the time of viewing.
