WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated May 13, 2005, executed by Timothy N. Thomas and Marilyn J. Thomas, conveying certain real property therein described to Andrew C. Rambo, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Cannon County, Tennessee recorded May 13, 2005, in Deed Book 72, Page 671-685; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP who is now the owner of said debt; and
WHEREAS, Notice of the Right to Foreclose, if required pursuant to T.C.A. § 35-5-117, was given in accordance with Tennessee law; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Rubin Lublin Suarez Serrano TN LLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Register's Office of Cannon County, Tennessee.

GRAND JURY MEETING
It is the duty of your Grand Jury to investigate any public offense which they know or have reason to believe has been committed and which is triable or indictable in this county.
