WHEREAS, on the 26th day of August, 2008, by deed of trust of record in the Register’s Office of Cannon County, Tennessee in Record Book 113, Page 314, SMITH SISTERS, LLC, conveyed to B. JO ATWOOD, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure payment of a promissory note which is fully described in said deed of trust, and,
WHEREAS, the holder of said note and renewal thereof has appointed JACKY 0. BELLAR, Substitute Trustee by instrument of record in Record Book 124, Page 512 in the Register’s Office, of Cannon County, Tennessee.

BEING the same property conveyed to Smith Sisters, LLC by deed of record in Record Book 113, Page 312, of the Register’s Office of Cannon County, Tennessee.
This conveyance is subject to the restrictions of record in Book 177, Page 316; and an easement in Plat Book 1, Page 97, and to any and all matters as shown of record in the Register’s Office of Cannon County, Tennessee.
