WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated April 12, 2004, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded April 23, 2004, at Book 57, Page 184 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Michelle Nichols and Rodney Nichols, conveying certain property therein described to W.
