WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated May 9, 2002, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded May 16, 2002, at Book 28, Page 488 and re-recorded on October 29, 2002, at Book 34, Page 425 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Teresa Hobgood a/k/a Teresa L. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
Default having been made by failure to comply with the terms and conditions of a certain promissory note from WILLIAM RONNIE HAYES and wife, KRISTY HAYES to FIRST NATIONAL BANK dated September 19, 2008 and secured by a Deed of Trust dated September 18, 2008 and filed for record on September 25, 2008 in Record Book 113, Pages 872-877, Register’s Office for Cannon County, Tennessee, wherein the property therein described was conveyed to Claus Thormaehlen, Trustee, to secure the indebtedness therein described, the said note being the note hereinabove mentioned, and the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable as provided in said deed of trust and note, and payment not having been made as demanded by lender, notice is hereby given that I, Richard A. William Ronnie Hayes is also known as William R. Hayes and Ronnie Hayes.  Kristy Hayes is also known as Kristy D. Hayes.
The street address of the Property is believed to be: 183 Bradyville Rd., Woodbury, TN 37190, but such address is not part of the legal description of the Property.  In the event of any discrepancy, the legal description herein shall control.
Said sale is or may be subject to any and all unpaid taxes plus penalty and interest, if any; defects, encumbrances, adverse claims and any other matters which take priority over the deed of trust, including rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal, which have not been waived by such governmental agency; statutory redemption rights,  liens, easements, plan of record, set back lines, restrictions, and any other prior claims including, but not limited to, a first mortgage deed of trust to  of record in Book , Page , said Register’s Office.
