Jordan Thomas Smith, stillborn son of Joel & Jennifer Hughes Smith of Woodbury passed away on November 12, 2012 at Riverpark Hospital. 

 

In addition to his parents he is survived by his brothers, Joel Smith & Jacob Smith of Woodbury; grandparents, David & Velma Smith of Woodbury and Mike Hughes of Nashville; Great Grandparents, Tom & Mary Hicks of Dickson and Vern Smith of Woodbury; Uncles, Mark Smith of Murfreesboro and John Hughes of Nashville and Aunt, Susan Smith of White Plains, NY.

 

Graveside services will be 2 pm Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Taylor Cemetery with Bro. Richard Haley officiating.  Visitation with the family will be from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm. Wednesday.
